Heartwarming Visio Timeline Without Dates

When you drop a shape from the stencil you get a pop-up dialog that lets you configure the shape.

I am trying to create a number of different timelines in Visio2013 indicating a high-level flow process but each with a time focus - so the TIMELINE template is excellent. Can you have a timeline measured in days. This can be accomplished by NOT using date formats in the shapes.
